Corner view / home

As usual, I take photos for Corner View just before posting. 

But today the weather is gray (as usual too...), the house is dirty and messy...

So I decided to photograph only details! It keeps me from store and do a lot of household just to take some pictures ;)

You can meet an orange horse in the entrance ...

... and a yellow bird ...

... an homemade Indian totem in the dining room ...

... 3 russian dolls and a homemade polystyrene crocodile in the kitchen...

... two swedish horses in the living room ...

... and two fluffy owls on the sofa ...

... and if you want to read a book, chat or a cup of tea, sit there!

Where I live: roofs

Where I live, most houses have a slate roof. This is an architectural tradition for all cities and villages along the river Loire. The slate of our house are old and I think we will have to change them in a few years ... Yay! This is not good for the wallet! The last picture show the roof of one of our neighbor's house (they are several roofs in their house...needless to say their house is not small ...).

I took these pictures yesterday between showers of rain. Fortunately, because this morning it's raining again (yes, I know, I'm a little obsessed with rain right now)...  ;)

Quiet day spent with my daughter. Shopping this morning (my first Chanel nail polish), ironing beads, and reading magazines. There is a magazine that I like is IDEAT . Several themes are treated as design, architecture, decoration, ...

Sunny thursday

I believe this day will be as beautiful as yesterday (25° 26°). It's hard to stay and work inside ... Fortunately, this noon, I will eat at the restaurant with a friend and I hope there will be a terrace!

Many things in my house have the marks of time ...

but fortunately, all is not like that ;)

In my office

Today the weather is wonderful but I have to stay in my office to work ... a little!

So, some pictures and I'm back to my work :(

Jeudi 3 février....

I'm glad the week is ending soon. I await with impatience the weekend. I hope I'm not going to be sick, I feel tired right now. The weather is mild but very gray so it's difficult to make bright pictures in the house.  On second photo, the horse is a sculpture made by a friend of mine. She had offered me for my birthday last year, it made me happy. She makes clay sculptures and bronze, always horses. I like her work.
