Monday trip 2 : Prague

It's monday, it's mondaytrip! With Li + Belle and Alex la Marguerite who joined us today ;) we post photos about cities, countries or place we like.
So, today it's Prague in Czech Republic. We went there 6 years ago in october during few days. It's a pretty city to visit. The architecture is beautiful and often awesome. But sometimes there are many tourists in some areas and too many souvenir shops that sell crystal .... I remember we drank there, the best hot chocolate we never drank. It was in the "Café de France" a beautiful old café.

Saturday

I cooked for the first time kanelbullar. We feasted with at breakfast. It's not too difficult to do, I think I do it again. This morning (all week in fact...), my daughter has invaded the bearing of the house and the top of the stairs to play with Polly Pocket and Playmobil. We bought these old Polly Pocket in a flea market. They are very well done, I love all the little details. This afternoon, I bought sewing patterns for me to do a skirt... next great adventure of sewing... :)
Today was a cold and sunny day. It's good this sun. I hope it will be fine tomorrow so we will go for a walk in the forest.

Friday music: Velvet

Souvenirs, souvenirs ... The band of my teenage years ;) Initially, the Velvet song was created by Savoy, the a-ha guitarist's band (I personally prefer the version of Savoy, is more rock). The video is a bit gloomy but I like it!

Unreasonable ;)

The sales ... I'll be glad when they are finished! Today, I gave way to a dress, a cardigan and sneakers. Only sneakers were really 'useful' because my leather Chuck Taylor have just cracked.

Tonight I'm going to Thai restaurant with friends. My husband keeps our daughter, he's nice ;)

Little change in the entrance

I wanted to change the frames that gave a sad style at the entrance of the house. I chose simple white frames that contrast with "my" old photos of horses. I managed to install them properly aligned ... a feat for me ;)

In fact, there are 2 english photos dating from the early of twentieth century (champions race horses) and 3 old french postcards about "Le Cadre Noir" (a famous riding school in France).

Monday trip 1 : Finland

Last week, with Li + Belle, we have decided to do the "Monday Trip". Every monday, we will post travel pictures (recent or not) that we particularly liked. For the first Monday Trip, I chose 4 photos from Finland, my last trip. I love the atmosphere of the wooden houses we visited near Helsinki. The smell of wood was fantastic. There were few visitors, it was perfect to immerse yourself in the past. It was in Seurasaari museum island, a beautiful and quiet place.

I'm a little late but here are my impressions of Disneyland!

Disneyland, what I like: it's funny - some design sets are very well made - the eyes of children - it's quick and convenient to go: 1 hour 1/2 by train - ?

Disneyland, what I dislike: too, too many people - you have to wait long for each attraction - everything is very expensive - the food is not good - there are too many similar stores - I quickly fear in the sensational roundabouts :) - I don't like pink glitter children's clothes- my daughter was sick (pharyngitis) ... but this is no fault to Disneyland!

Well, it was a great experience but tiring... my daughter liked that, it's the most important ... except the people disguised as prince and princess: she avoided them !!!  :)
