Almost every year, we visit the Garden Festival at Chaumont-sur-Loire. That's what we did this weekend. The weather was very, very hot and there were (too) many people... We managed to visit 28 gardens created by landscape artists. As always, some are very good but others are not convincing.
It's not the best series of gardens that I saw ... Wait & see next year!
If you want to see the official website is here. And if you want to see photos taken in previous years, it's here and here and here and here and here!

I have seen some good ideas, as using stones and cans...but I am not a garden experte. We also had a hot hot day. Gardens have shadows....so best garden, that that has bigger shadow ;)

RépondreSupprimerit's really hard to landscape a garden well - nature does such a good job, and it isn't easy to do better
