We ate very well during our trip to China. Vegetables, pasta, meat (pork, beef, lamb), soups ... it was still tasty. On the last photo, these are wholemeal pasta ...
All look very interesting.....so much fun to try new things .....but I would have to say that that last one does indeed look like caterpillars.....glad you cleared that up for us!

i was craving chinese food yesterday, and made some spring rolls - not as good as the real thing, and more italian than chinese, but better than no rolls at all! :)
It's funny because I have not seen spring rolls, fried spring rolls or samosas when we were in China! Only steamed dumplings. And sometimes rice but not often :) It was different from what we eat in Chinese restaurant in France!
