The lull before the storm...

Quiet afternoon with a green tea into a japanese cup. I'm not going to work this afternoon but I'll clean the house ... is a sort of work anyway... But I don't have much motivation :)

The cat takes a nap as usual...

I take advantage of this quiet, because tomorrow... Disneyland. It's the first time for all of us. My daughter is very motivated. Me, I don't know, I expect to see... Have a nice weekend!

Walk into downtown

The weather was fine at noon so I decided to take a walk downtown - in the old part of the center. It was quiet. Then I went to the side of the store to find some clothes (on sale) for my daughter. And inevitably, I found it!

Today, gloomy weather, it was almost dark at 15:00. The first picture shows a bit what I say... So to forget it, nothing better than to see some photos of last summer vacation. It's almost of nostalgia :-) These holidays locations were very different but very nice ... That's far ... but it feels good!

Sunday sunny sunday

Long walk in a city park near a lake and a river. The weather was perfect: bright sunshine and "heat" (13 °). Looks like spring is coming but I think it's only a feeling. It gives energy to start the week!

Busy saturday

Today, the sun was back. Busy day: shopping (sales...), cinema (Arrietty: great!), sewing and cooking. Sewing fast and simple : disguise. A fairy/dancer skirt :-)  See you soon!

First dress

Here is the finished dress, my first dress! As I'm discovering sewing, it was a big experience! The style is simple so I sew it quickly. Some details are not perfect... Luckily, my daughter likes it ("especially the fox and the rabbits", she told me), that's the main thing!
